Company Introduction

Shaoxing Hongliang Casting Industry Co., Ltd was founded in 1977. Now it has about 100 employees, of which 2 are having senior collage degree, and 8 are professional technicians. We are able to manufacture bespoke investment cast parts and components according to our customers drawings

The first phase of Precision Casting Co., Ltd. has newly built 7,000m2 factory building areas, 2 sets 250kg and 150kg fast melting furnaces, whole colloidal silica technologies. We mainly choose the wax material imported from Japan to manufacture the mould, adopt advanced middle temperature wax production line and one low-temperature wax production line.

We annually produce 1,000t high-quality precision castings - including high-pressure oil pump body, machinery marine parts, sewing machines, and underwear machine fittings, and there is one low temperature production line for clients to choose.
