Company Introduction

Hai Tong Metal Products Limited was established in 1998 with 8000 square meters and 120 employees,builded an integrated manufacturing system, including design, R&D, tooling making, die-casting, metal stamping,surface polishing, precise processing,welding,grinding, etc. We are planning to get ISO 9001:2008 certification in the first half of this year,and we are carrying out all of our proccedures according to the international standards.

Our die-casting shop has totally 6 sets from 88 tons to 400 tons die-casting machines, and the processing workshop with advanced equipments: lathes, millers, drillers, polishers, sand blasting machines and 1 CNC, EDM, Engraving machine,salt spray tester,grinding machines,

Our metal stamping shop has 10 sets of stamping machine, with 20Ton to 125Ton,Wire cutting machine,milling,NC bending machine,NC cutting machine,argon welding machine,Carbon welding machine,stud welding machine,grinding machine.

We have a team of professional management and technical staff. Our annual productivity of Aluminium alloy die casting parts over 400 tons, and 400tons for metal stamping parts, 40% are exported to Europe(Germany,Italy,etc), America, Japan.

Surface finish we can do is painting,powder coating,Ni-plating,Chrome plating,brushing,Anodizing.

Processing flow is quoting, prototypes preparation(if neccessary),toolings design,tooling making,samples submission, samples approval, pilot production, mass production.

We will conduct 100% quality control per customers quality statement before shipment and our quality target is 98% for each shipment.
