Company Introduction

Henan Hongyu Special Castings Co., Ltd. is a Hi-tech enterprise specializing in producing large wind turbine parts and other special kinds of iron & steel casting parts. Our factory covers an area of about 160,000m² (the production area is about 60,000m2 ). Our company was established in 1999 and its annual production capacity is about 25,000 ~30,000 tons. The maximum single weight of a casting can reach 50,000 kg.

Our production capability includes an intermediate frequency furnace for melting, Furan resin sand process for cast iron molding and VRH combined-hardening CO2water glass (silicate) bonded sand for cast steel molding.

Computer-aided design (CAD) is used for the casting process and numerical simulation in HZCAE is used for casting solidification. On the other hand, many complete sets of testing / inspection instruments are equipped in our company to guarantee the quality.

Main products produced by our factory include:

1. Large wind turbine parts such as: Rotor hub, Base frame, Motor housing, Nacelle, Torque support, Planet carrier, Bearing housing, Gear housing, Sealing cover and other iron castings & parts.

2. All kinds of grey cast iron, ductile cast iron, carbon steel and low alloy steel, heat-resistant and wear-resistant and corrosive-resistant special cast iron and steel castings, castings & parts of pumps, valves etc.
